  • Hardware

    All new computer hardware sold via the internet carries the hardware manufacturers warranty as noted on or with the product. The product may be returned to the product manufacturer for replacement or repair at the product manufacturer's authorized repair facility. Support for hardware purchased via the internet is from the manufacturer of the product. On products manufactured by USC, warranty and support are from USC. See our support page.

    Optionally and in addition

    U.S. Computer Corporation will provide a replacement for new but defective computer hardware for a period of 30 days from the date of original online invoice by U.S. Computer Corporation to customer. See our support page.

    U.S. Computer Corporation permits you to return most defective hardware products to U.S. Computer Corporation. In most cases it is better to return the product directly to the manufacturer if you desire a replacement because the manufacturer has the latest revision and version of the product.   • Software

    All new computer software sold via the internet carries the software manufacturers warranty as noted on or with the product. Most manufacturers offer a money back guarantee. (To see who does, click here). Even if no money back guarantee, the product may be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair at the manufacturer's authorized repair facility.     Optionally and in addition

    U.S. Computer Corporation will replace defective software returned within 30 days from the date of original electronic (online) invoice by U.S. Computer Corporation to customer: with the same title and version and manufacturer only. Due to copyright laws, and virus potential, software cannot be otherwise exchanged except by exchange or money back from the software manufacturer.     U.S. Computer Corporation does not warrant or assume any warranty or performance obligation on computer software products sold or installed by U.S. Computer Corporation. 

    The sole warranty on software and guarantee of performance of the software is by the manufacturer of the software.

    Labor charges to physically reinstall such a replacement software component on the customers machine are the responsibility of the customer. Customer may elect to pay U.S. Computer Corporation to perform said labor which will be at U.S. Computer Corporation's current normal labor rates.
